WHAT  IS #GIVING TUESDAY?

We have a day for giving thanks - Thanksgiving. We have two for getting deals – Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Now, we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. #GivingTuesday is held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. On Tuesday, November 28, 2017, charities, churches, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.
