2025 Commitment Card
From Father Paul Rasmus, St. Patrick's Priest-in Residence:
“Walk in love as Christ loved us and gave himself an offering and sacrifice to God”
"This is my go-to Offertory Sentence that I use each Sunday at the Eucharist. It reminds me of two important things for my Christian life. First, I should always be walking in the way of Christ’s love and second, that just as Jesus gave himself for me as a sacrifice for sin, so should I be living a sacrificial life as well.
My hope is that each of us will spend some time in prayer and meditation asking God to help us make sacrificial commitments. Furthermore, my hope is that the amount we pledge will come out of a sense of gratitude for all God has done for us in our lives. Only you can make that determination with guidance from the Holy Spirit. The fact is we all need to give just a little bit more to ensure the future on-going life of St. Patrick’s.
May our love for our Lord and our love for St. Patrick’s guide us in the days ahead as we continue to do all we can to further the mission and work of God’s kingdom in the world. May God continue to bless each and every one of you."
St. Patrick's Commitment Sunday Celebration is December 8, 2024. Commitment cards are to be returned/submitted by that date. You may complete your commitment card online by clicking the link below. You will receive an email confirmation that your pledge was received.
